YONGZHENG 1723 – 1735 Dutch Decorated Chinese Porcelain
A Dutch Decorated Chinese Export Porcelain Teapot and Cover Yongzheng c.1730. The Dutch Decoration is Almost Contemporaneous. The Teapot has Moulded Prunus in Low Relief and is Painted in a Deep Cobalt Blue with a Flowering Prunus Tree. The Dutch Decoration Adapts the Chinese Decoration Adding a Wicker Basket and High Handle.
