This rather distinctive Kangxi design is unusual and appears to have be reserved for plates of this size and shape. The Victoria and Albert Museum have an example, although I could not find it on display or on their website. I owned an example at least 25 years ago and sold another plate of this pattern that had a crack some 10 years ago.
