Information

The Double Peacock Pattern :
The design known as the `Double Peacock Pattern` is said to be a Brazilian royal dinner service taken by King John VI from Portugal to Brazil when he abdicated the Portuguese throne to become Emperor of Brazil. What is sure is that King Joao VI of Portugal is known to have owned a service in this pattern, which has been desirable in Portugal and Brazil ever since.
