A Small Song or Jin Porcelain Jar

A Small Song or Jin Porcelain Russet Glazed Jar, 11-13th Century. This quickly made porcelain jar has a translucent iron-rich glaze. Presumably jars of such a diminutive size were made for cosmetics or perhaps medicine.
