Very gold, a tiny amount of minor rubbing to the saucer.

Diameter saucer : 13 cm (5 inches). Diameter Teabowl : 8 cm ( 3 1/8 inches).

The author states that the scenes were taken from a print by Jacob Andreas Fridrich (1684-1751) after G.P Rugendas (1666-1742) as an illustration to Virgil's Aeneid (Book 9).
