A Kakiemon Style Porcelain Cup c.1700
Genroku 1688 - 1704
A Japanese Polychrome Cup, Kakiemon or Arita Kilns c.1700. The flaring cup is made of very fine white porcelain, the glaze is thin, clear and has a green-blue tone. The decoration consists of a border flower-heads and tassels.
