A Ko-Kutani Dish Peach Shaped Dish c.1650 – 1660. This Ko-Kutani Dish was made at the Arita kilns, previously it was thought that this type of Japanese porcelain was made at Kilns in Enuma County, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. The underglaze cobalt blue and overglazed enamels depict flowering prunus, stylised clouds and flower roundels.

There is a long crack which starts from a firing fault. It is possible the crack was caused by the firing fault. A small glaze crack and some crazing.
