A Small 17th Century Japanese Porcelain Dish

A Small Early Japanese Porcelain Dish, Arita Kilns c.1660 – 1680. This small 17th century Japanese porcelain dish is decorated with two fish swimming among crashing wave. The deep foot tapers to a sharp foot rim. There is one small stilt mark to the center of the base.

Excellent, minor chips to the inside of the foot rim and some associated glaze bubbles. There is some kiln dust in the glaze.
