KANGXI 1662 – 1722 Famille Verte Porcelain
A Chinese Export Porcelain Late Kangxi Famille Verte Shell Shaped Dish c.1710-1720. The Shallow Form is based on French or English Silver Prototype. The Backs are Unglazed Apart from Around the Edges and Are Moulded with Ribs which Correspond to Incised Lines on the Front. The Front is Painted in Famille Verte Enamels with the Antiques Pattern.
