A Large Chinese Neolithic Pottery Jar, c. 2800 – 1900 B.C. Possibly Caiyuan Culture, from Haiyuan, City of Zhongwei, Autonomous Region of Ningxia. The Lower Surface of this Unglazed Late Neolithic Pottery Jar has Extensive Tooling, Created by Gouging Out the Leather-Hard Clay in Worm Like Channels. The Upper Surface has Been Burnished.
