Andre-Vincent Vielliard :
Vielliard was a fan painter before entering Vincennes in 1752. In the 1750`s and 1760`s he was the principal painter of children in landscapes. In the mid-1760`s he moved onto landscapes with small figures or without figures altogether, it was at this period that he switched to decorating teawares almost exclusively. He died at Sevres on June 8th 1790.
