Small Moulded Wanli Kraak Porcelain Dish, Jingdezhen Kilns, Wanli c.1590-1615. The moulded border of this Kraak dish is thinly potted, the impressed design is of could motifs, these designs have filled with the sparkling glaze that has a distinct blue ting to it. The central design is one that occurs on many kraak dishes in numerous variations. A large vase, with ornate handles, sits on a terrace with diaper ground and is divided from the garden with balustrade wall. The vase contains flowering peony and fruiting pomegranate.

In very good condition, a thin glaze chip to the rim and minute frits. Slightly warped.
